What we do with your information

Dated 20 October 2026

This page explains what information LeadTrigger AI collects, why we collect it and who helps us handle it. To ask anything, or to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected].

In short

  • We don't sell personal information, and the website has no advertising or analytics trackers.
  • The chat window on the website is run by Crisp. What you type there is stored by Crisp and read by us.
  • Leads are about businesses and come from public sources. Anyone named in a lead can ask us to remove them.
  • A client's workspace is private to that client and is never shared with another client.
  • Write to us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

1. When you visit the website

  • No forms and no trackers. We don't use analytics or advertising tools. Your browser remembers only whether you chose the light or dark look, and that stays on your device.
  • Fonts. The site's typeface comes from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for it, and they see your IP address.
  • Cloudflare. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and may set a security cookie.
  • Chat. The chat window is provided by Crisp, which may set cookies to keep your conversation going. Your messages, and your email address if you give it, are stored by Crisp so that we can read and answer them.
  • Email. If you write to us, the conversation is kept in our email, which runs on Google Workspace.

2. When you become a client

  • Your logins. The name and email address of each person with a login (up to five). Passwords are stored scrambled one way, so nobody, including us, can read them.
  • Your workspace. Your leads, any email drafts, and what we need to run your search: what you sell and who buys it.
  • Billing. Your quotations, invoices and payments.

This is stored on our web hosting, with a copy backed up each night to Google Drive. Emails from us, such as password resets and invoices, are sent through Google Workspace.

3. The companies and people in leads

A lead is about a business: what changed there, taken from public news, job adverts and company announcements, and the best way we could find to reach it. That can be a general inbox, a contact page, or the name, job title and work email address of a person at the business, found in public sources and through contact-data providers. We never guess an email address.

AI services read these public sources to judge whether a company fits a client and to draft a first email. We don't contact the people in leads. Each client decides whom to contact and is responsible for doing it lawfully (see section 3 of our service terms).

If you are named in a lead and would rather not be, write to us and we will remove your details.

4. Our own emails to businesses

We sometimes email businesses we think could use our service, from [email protected]. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply and say so, and we won't write again.

5. Who helps us

These services handle information for us, only to provide what we use them for:

  • Namecheap (web hosting) and Cloudflare (delivery and security);
  • Google (email, nightly backups and the website's fonts);
  • Crisp (the chat window);
  • GitHub (runs the daily search);
  • AI providers, including Anthropic, and search and contact-data providers (finding and judging leads).

Some of them are based in other countries, so information can be handled outside the country you are in.

6. How long we keep it

  • Clients: while we work together. When the service ends, your workspace stays readable for 30 days so you can export your leads, and is then closed. We keep a final backup copy for our records, and invoices for as long as the law requires.
  • Chats and emails: for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We reply within one working day and act on a request within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it, and we'll tell you if so.

8. Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and its date. If a change matters to clients, we'll email them first.
