Service terms
How working with us works
Dated 18 October 2026
These terms apply when you accept a quotation from LeadTrigger AI. We've kept them short and in plain language. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] before you accept.
In short
- Leads are companies that just went through a change. A lead is a reason to talk, not a promise to buy.
- We never contact anyone for you. You choose who to email and send it yourself.
- You pay in advance for each 30-day period. You can stop with 30 days' notice.
- We can decline to work with a business, and can end the service. If we end it without a breach on your side, we refund the days you haven't used.
- Your leads are never shared with another client. Exclusivity in your market is available.
1. What you get
Each day, our system looks for companies in your market that have just gone through a change that often comes before buying what you sell. The ones that pass our checks go to your private web page with the reason, a score, the best way to reach them we could find, and, where your quotation includes it, a first email for you to edit.
Up to five people in your business can each have their own login. You can export your leads to Excel at any time.
2. What we don't promise
- A purchase. A lead shows a reason to start a conversation. Whether the need, budget and timing are real is something only that conversation can tell you.
- A number of leads. It depends on how many companies in your market go through a real change. Some days bring several, some bring none. There is no minimum, and we don't pad the list to reach one.
- A named person every time. Contact details come from public sources. Where we can't find a named person, you get the company's general inbox, contact page or LinkedIn page. We never guess an email address, but public details can be out of date.
3. You send your own emails
We never contact anyone on your behalf. You decide who to contact, what to say and when. You're responsible for making sure your outreach follows the laws that apply to you and to the people you write to, including anti-spam and data-protection rules, and for honouring anyone who asks you to stop.
4. Free sample leads
The 3 to 5 free leads we prepare before a quotation are free and commit neither side. Preparing them doesn't oblige you to buy, and it doesn't oblige us to take you on as a client.
5. Fees and payment
Your fees are the ones in the quotation you accepted. They're agreed per business and are paid in advance for each 30-day period. The service starts once your first payment is confirmed.
If an invoice isn't paid by its due date, new leads pause until it is. The leads already in your workspace stay readable and exportable.
6. When our system fails
If our daily run fails and delivers nothing that day, we add one day to your current period. A day when the run worked but found no company worth sending isn't a failure. It's your market that day, and it doesn't add a day.
7. Exclusivity
Exclusivity is an option you can add to your quotation. While it's part of your service, we won't take on another client selling the same service as you in the same country. Your quotation names the service and the country it covers.
Without exclusivity, we may work with other businesses in your industry, and two clients may now and then see the same company. Either way, your leads, your targeting and your email drafts are never shared with another client.
8. Fair use
The leads are for your own business. Please don't:
- resell the leads or pass them on outside your business;
- share your logins with anyone outside your business;
- use the leads to send spam, or to harass or mislead the people you contact;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
9. Businesses we don't work with
We don't provide the service for gambling, adult content, weapons, debt collection, high-risk investment or crypto schemes, anything unlawful, or any business whose outreach would itself be spam. We may also decline other businesses at our discretion.
10. Ending the service
You can stop at any time
Tell us in writing (an email is fine) with 30 days' notice. The notice period is billed as normal. If it ends partway through a paid 30-day period, the service carries on to the end of that period. We don't refund a period that has already started.
We can decline to start
An enquiry, a set of sample leads or a quotation doesn't oblige us to take you on. We may decline to work with any business, and we don't have to give a reason. If we don't think we're a good fit for you, we'll say so instead of sending a quote.
We can stop at once if the service is misused
We may pause or end the service immediately, without a refund, if you break the fair-use rules in section 8, if your business is one we don't work with under section 9, or if an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date.
We can end it for any other reason
We may also end the service for any other reason by telling you in writing. In that case we refund the days you've paid for and haven't used.
After the service ends
Your workspace stays readable for 30 days so you can export your leads to Excel. After that it's closed. If we ended the service because of misuse, we may close it straight away. Leads you've already exported are yours to keep.
11. Responsibility
If something goes wrong on our side, the most we're responsible for is the fees you paid for your current 30-day period. We aren't responsible for business you did or didn't win, or for how you use the leads.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you. Until then, the version named on the quotation you accepted applies.
Earlier versions: none yet. This is the first version.
13. Questions
Write to [email protected]. We reply within one working day.
